Nathaniel Joseph Slone, 24, of Beaver, died Tuesday, April 9, 2013, at Beaver.
Born March 9, 1989, in Dayton, Ohio, he was the son of Rickey and Ginger Bentley Slone, of Beaver, and grandson of Ornell “Jam Up” and Geraldine Bentley, of Beaver, Walker Slone, of Dayton, Ohio, and the late Elma Howell Slone.
He is survived by three brothers, Rickey Shannon Slone Jr., of Prestonsburg, Jared Triplett Slone, of Beaver, and Travis Glen Slone, of Ft. Drum, N.Y., formerly of Beaver.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Serenity Rose Slone.
Funeral services for Nathaniel Joseph Slone will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, April 12, at Samaria Old Regular Baptist Church, at Teaberry, with Old Regular Baptist ministers officiating. Burial will follow in the Bentley Cemetery, at Beaver.
Visitation will take place all day, Thursday, at the church.
Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, of Martin, is in charge of arrangments.
