PIKEVILLE – On Monday, April 22, at 6:30 p.m. the Pikeville Campus of National College will hold its graduation ceremony at The Landmark Inn, Mark V Room, with special guest Pike County attorney Howard Keith Hall.
In addition to the students from the campus who will receive their diplomas and degrees, the ceremony will also confer a bachelor’s degree for a new graduate of the American National University Online program – an affiliated institution of National College.
County Attorney H. Keith Hall gained professional experience working for the Social Security Administration early in his career. He served as assistant county attorney from 1988 to 1992. In 1992, he became a district judge and served in that capacity until 1996. Hall has served as Pike County attorney since 1996. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Kiwanis and Masons. From 2000 to 2004, he was the chairman of the Pike County Democratic party. He is currently the treasurer of Kiwanis and a past-president of that organization as well as past master of the Masons.
Hall received his associate’s degree from Prestonsburg Community College, his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky, and his Juris Doctorate from Chase Law School.
