VIRGIE - Police are still looking for a suspect after a Pike County business was the victim of a robbery late Saturday evening.
According to Kentucky State Police officials, an unknown male entered the Double Kwik in Virgie on Saturday September 21 at approximately 8:18 p.m. and demanded money from the cashier before fleeing the scene.
The unknown male was described as approximately 6 feet tall, wearing a green hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans. The incident remains under investigation by KSP Detective Jason Merlo.
Police did not release information as to whether or not the suspect escaped the scene with any money.
