“We have great employees and great customers. They deserve all the credit. I can’t thank them enough. We’ve been through a lot this past year with menu adjustments, increased competition, capital improvements, and the continuing decline of the coal industry here in Eastern Kentucky. Our employees have stepped up to every challenge and our customers have been patient as we’ve had our growing pains. The bottom line for any hospitality business is customer satisfaction. It feels great to know that our customers are recognizing all the work we’ve put into improving our products, properties, and processes,” says J&B Seafoods president, J.T. Absher.
