Ashley Marie Case, 16, of Prestonsburg, died Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012.
She was born Dec. 31, 1995, the daughter of Heather Case Risner, Jason Risner and Larry Michael Shepherd. Ashley was a junior at Prestonsburg High School.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Peggy Sue Case, as well as her uncle, Phillip Case.
She is survived by a brother, Joshua Risner, of Prestonsburg; sister, Tiffany Risner, of Prestonsburg; grandparents, Rodney Case, of Prestonsburg, and Henry Risner and Belinda Risner, of Prestonsburg.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 5, at Prestonsburg First Church of God, with Steve Williams officiating. Burial will follow the service in the Case Family Cemetery, at Hunter.
Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, of Martin, is in charge of arrangements.
