Martha Avo Blackburn Hall, 48, of Blue River, died Dec. 28, 2012, in Prestonsburg.
She was born Sept. 9, 1964, at Dwale, to the late Aderon and Angie Fannin Blackburn.
She is survived by her boyfriend, Donald Quillen; two sons, Derek Meade and Todd Sanders; a daughter, Amber Hall; three brothers, Paul Blackburn, Ellis Blackburn and Brady Laffery; three sisters, Marlene Carroll, Janet Ann Blackburn and Launa Slone; and two grandchildren, Tristian Hall and Liam Meade.
Funeral services for Martha Avo Blackburn Hall will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 1, at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, in Martin. Burial will follow in the Spears Cemetery, at Buffalo.
