PIPPA PASSES - Junior guard Stuart Stamper has been named Alice Lloyd College’s Male Athlete of the Week after his performances in games versus Berea and IU Southeast.
Stamper scored 14 points and grabbed eight rebounds for Alice Lloyd in the KIAC game versus Berea on Tuesday, Jan. 29.
Stamper turned in an outstanding performance in Alice Lloyd’s game versus nationally-ranked IU Southeast on Feb. 2, scoring 20 points and grabbing eight rebounds. The Knott County Central High School graduate helped to keep Alice Lloyd in the game versus longtime powerhouse IU Southeast.
Stamper is averaging 9.4 points and 3.7 rebounds per game.
