Hall named MVP; Williams, Meade make all-tourney team

PIKEVILLE -After Johnson Central captured its second straight 15th Region championship on Saturday night, junior forward Shane Hall was named the 15th Region Tournament Most Valuable Player. Hall, who holds scholarship offers from Tennessee, Butler and UAB, claimed his second straight MVP award. Four of Hall’s teammates joined him on the all-tournament team. Locally, Floyd County was represented as two 58th District players were chosen. A recap of the All-15th Region Tournament Team follows.
