Timothy Glenn Boyd, 47, of Dana, died Thursday, November 12, 2009, in Dana.

Born June 21, 1962, in Dana, he was the son of Eula Boyd and the late Elbert Boyd. He was a disabled general laborer, and attended the Old Regular Baptist Church.

Survivors in addition to his mother, include one brother, Cletis Boyd of Dana; a brother-in-law, Steve Watson; four sisters: Etha Adkins (Donnie) of Teaberry, Lisa Kidd (Lloyd), Holly Meade (Tony), and Haley Akers (Mike), all of Dana; four nephews; eight nieces; four great-nephews; and five great-nieces.

Funeral services were held Sunday, November 15, at 11 a.m., at the Little Salem Old Regular Baptist Church, (Prater Creek), in Dana, with Old Regular Baptist ministers officiating.

Burial was in the Boyd Cemetery, in Dana, under the direction of Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home, in Martin.

Visitation was at the church.
