PRESTONSBURG – After an extensive search by the JWT Board of Trustees to replace longtime Executive Director Martin Childers, the board realized the talent and skill was already in place at the theatre. According to the board’s president, the decision to promote Darryl Willard, Technical Director to Managing Director will mean a smooth transition for the theatre and ensure the success of its 2016 season at both locations.

“We won’t miss a beat”, says Carrie Cinnamond-Rose, Board President. “I have so much confidence in our decision to name Darryl to this position because of his prolific experience in theatre and his love of our region.”
