PRESTONSBURG – The Floyd County Extension Center is offering the series Planning for Family Financial Transitions at its office located at 3490 Ky. Route 321 in Prestonsburg.
Working , raising a family, and finding time for friends leave most adult’s life busy. What happens when we get older and we aren’t as capable of taking care of all of our personal and financial affairs? If you want to control what happens to you and your property and money should you become unable to manage attend the remaining three workshops: Tax Saving Measures – April 11 – 6:30 p.m.-8 p.m.; Insurances & Funeral Expenses – April 18 – 6:30 p.m. through 8 p.m.; End of Life Care – April 25 – 6:30 p.m.-8 p.m.
“I am retired and am not married nor do I have children,” said John Newsome of Grethel. “This is really a necessity for everyone.”
