Hall pleads not guilty in double murder

HUEYSVILLE – Kentucky State Police responded to a call of gun fire in Hueysville on Friday night. Investigators with Kentucky State Police say Ronnie Hall, 49, of Hueysville, shot Rodney Keith Whitaker, 34, of Hueysville; Daniel Harvill, 30, of Hueysville and Rickey Goble, 51, of Hueysville. Whitaker and Harvill both died at the scene while Goble was taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries. Hall appeared in Floyd County District Court on Monday morning to face Judge Marcum on allegations he shot three men. He pled not guilty.

Hall allegedly shot the three men in the parking lot of Maddie’s Pizza in Langley.

Kentucky State Police Trooper Steven Mounts stated KSP is still investigating the double homicide and additional charges may follow.

Hall is set for a preliminary hearing on Wednesday, April 27. He remains lodged in the Floyd County Detention Center at this time.
