East Kentucky Science Center host Summer Camps

PRESTONBURG- East Kentucky Science Center and Varia Planetarium is giving kids the opportunity to learn science while having fun by offering several summer camps for kids of all ages.

Registration forms are due one week prior to camp.

The following is a list of upcoming camps:

Preschool and Kindergarten

Jr. Farmers – Growing in Math and Science – June 30, 9 a.m.-12 p.m.

Cost: Member $10/Non-Member $15

First through Fourth Grades

Jr. Space Explorers – June 9, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

Cost: Member $25/Non-Member $30

Animal Adventures: Be a Veterinarian – June 28, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

Cost: Member $25/Non-Member $30

Fourth through Sixth Grades

Catch a Wave – Light, Sound, Water – June 14, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

Cost: Member $25/Non-Member $30

Fifth through Eighth Grades

Pop, Fizz, Boom – June 7, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

Cost: Member $25/Non-Member $30

Space Exploration – June 21-22, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

Member $40/Non-Member $50
