BSCTC hosts vocal camp featuring Ron and Chery Brendel

PRESTONSBURG – Big Sandy Community and Technical College (BSCTC) held a vocal camp on July 25-28 at the Mountain Arts Center (MAC).

The camp was led by Ron Brendel and Chery Brendel who are vocal faculty members at Lee University. Ron Brendel is the vocal coach for “The Voice” winner Jordan Smith, a Harlan County native.

Young vocalists from Floyd and multiple surrounding counties attended the camp held at the MAC.
