GARRETT – Floyd County Sheriff’s Department Deputies arrested Jason White and Hayley Johnson on Tuesday after an anonymous tip of their whereabouts was called in on the department’s tip line. White was wanted for parole violations.

Deputies arrived at a residence located at 227 Stone Coal Road in Garrett as they searched for White. Upon arriving at the residence, deputies met Johnson. Johnson told deputies White had been at the residence earlier but had left approximately one hour before they arrived. While questioning Johnson, Floyd County Deputy Justin Cooley saw White hiding under a pile of clothing.

Deputies searched the residence and found several lithium batteries and small baggies. The deputies also discovered a duffle bag containing other items used in the manufacture of Methamphetamine along with a clear plastic bottle believed to contain Methamphetamine.

Johnson and White were arrested and transported to the Floyd County Detention Center.
