4:32 PM: At first, the fire seemed to be under control, though it is actually raging inside.

4:52 PM: Crews carry a ladder to support a team that is going onto the roof.

4:52 PM: The roof crew uses an ax and chainsaw to cut a hole in the roof, allowing the truck to get water directly to the flames.

5:10 PM: The truck uses the new access hole to spray inside, trying to keep the flames at bay.

5:35 PM: Flames begin to erupt from different areas of the roof.

Several parts of the roof are visibly on fire, while inside, the fire has engulfed most of the second floor.

5:42 PM: The entire building is engulfed. Crews are forced to evacuate, and can now only keep the fire contained.

5:55 PM: After the second floor falls through, the entire structure begins to collapse.
