An informational session about the new Diabetes Uninsured/ Underinsured Assistance Program for Floyd County Residents being offered by the Floyd County Health Department will be held at Graceway United Methodist Church, RT 80, Martin, KY, on Friday, February 22, 2013, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Floyd County Residents are invited to drop by and receive information about the services of the program which include diabetes & nutrition classes, labs, diabetic supplies, medication, vision and dental assistance upon meeting the program's qualification criteria.
