Deborah Bentley Amburgey “Ann”, 61, of Printer, KY, died Thursday November 8, 2012 at Ohio State University. She was born February 14, 1950 to the late William Russell Meade and Mary Margret Cooley Conn. Deborah was a retired case manager for Kentucky River Rehab Center and member of Drift Pentecostal Church. She was the wife of Terry Bentley, and her second husband James Amburgey.
She was preceded in death by one brother: Delbert Meade.
She is survived by her daughters: Terri Bentley (Mike) LeBrun, Tamara Bentley (Mike) Maynard, Tarina Bentley (Patrick) Wills & Trenda Bentley (Greg) Hall; Daughter at Heart: Anna Bowman; Grandchildren: Colton Wills, Shealynn Hall, Brennan Sarpas, Rheagan Wills, MaKayla Maynard, Cameron Hall, Mika Maynard, Jordyn Hall & Gregory Hall; Sisters: Charolette Keathley, Vella Jo Levy & Cathy Kidd; Brothers: Brian Conn.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday November 14, 2012, at 1 p.m. at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, in Martin, KY, with Ted Shannon officiating. Burial will follow the service at Osborne Family Cemetery in Eastern.
