LEXINGTON - Allen Central High School baseball standouts Brian Handshoe and Jake Prater are among those in consideration for the iHigh Top 100 players list. Surprisingly, 15th Region All “A” Classic champion Prestonsburg doesn’t have any players ranked or listed.
