MARTIN — A man is dead following an overnight shooting.
Kentucky State Police was called to the scene of a Henry’s Branch home, following a reported shooting.
According to police, Willis Martin Sparks and William David Gregory were involved in an altercation, when Sparks was shot. Gregory reportedly then drove to Saint Joseph Hospital, where Sparks was pronounced dead by Dr. Abdin.
Gregory was admitted to the hospital for injuries he received in the altercation.
KSP Det. Jason Dials is investigating the incident.
