Myrna Loy Mosley Williams, 70, of Prestonsburg, died Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2013, at her residence.

She was born April 6, 1942, in Baton Rouge, La., to the late Chester W. and Ruth O’Nell Mosley. She was the wife of Clinton Williams. She was a retired recreational director for the Adult Day Care in Prestonsburg, and a member of the Ivy Point Old Regular Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Barry Douglas Mosley.

She is survived by a son, Tyrone D. Stephens, of Chicago, Ill.; six daughters, Lorrie Howard and Greta Stephens, both of Prestonsburg, Vickie Stephens-Goldy, of London, Nora Houston-Burton, of Winchester, Rebecca Stephens-Barnes, of Staffordsville, and Christine Dale, of Plymouth, Ohio; a brother, Larry Mosley, of Drift; two sisters, Marilyn Tackett, of Prestonsburg, and Greta Hernandez, of Versailles; 22 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, Jan. 4, at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, in Martin. Burial will follow the service at Williams Cemetery (Little Mud), in Honaker.
