John Timothy Howard, 44, of Prestonsburg, better known to family and friends as “Bub,” died Tuesday, June 27, 2006, at his residence.
Born November 27, 1961, in Prestonsburg, he was the son of O. R. “Pete” Howard and Hattie Lou Baldridge Howard. He was a furniture salesperson for Ray Howard Furniture Store. He was a graduate of Johnson-Wells Chef's Academy in Charleston, South Carolina.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by one sister, Mina Howard; and one daughter, Chloe Shalyn Howard of Lexington.
Memorial services were held Thursday, June 29, at 11 a.m., at the Carter Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Mike Chamberlain officiating.
The family has entrusted arrangements to the Carter Funeral Home.
