Born January 28, 1971, in Lawrence County, she was the daughter of Claude and Flora Adams Prater of New Boston, Ohio. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Frankie Caudill.
Other survivors include one son, Charles Phillman Caudill of Flemingsburg; two brothers: Jay Bentley and Claude Prater, both of Manford, Ohio; and three sisters: Connie Osborne of Otway, Ohio; Fay Horsley of Tolesboro; and Shelia Bertram of Greenup.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Lee.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, February 16, at noon, at the Little Rosa Old Regular Baptist Church, in McDowell, with Jimmy Hall and Deaner Moore officiating.
Burial was in the Caudill Family Cemetery, in McDowell.
Visitation was at the church.
Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home, in Martin, was in charge of arrangements.
