BREAKING NEWS: Fire chief's home burns

LANCER -- The home of Prestonsburg fire chief Bobby Carpenter went up in flames Thursday night. Carpenter himself was taken to the hospital, as a precautionary measure. The fire began shortly after 9 p.m.
