IVEL — A Floyd County man is in jail, after allegedly assaulting the same man twice within two weeks. According to court records, Joey Lewis, 28, of Banner, allegedly attacked William R. Hall Jr. at the BP station in Ivel, stabbing the victim with a carpenter’s knife and screwdriver.
