MANCHESTER — A Hazard man was killed last week following a two vehicle collision near Manchester. Ricky Summer, 44, of Hazard was airlifted from the scene to Saint Joseph Hospital of London where he was pronounced dead by Laurel County Coroner Doug Bowling.
