LEXINGTON—Kentucky’s food banks want state General Fund support for their operations, a state legislative committee was told Wednesday. PRESTONSBURG - A man who escaped custody yesterday has been caught and returned to jail. Officials with the Floyd County Jail have confirmed to Times Staff that Scottie R.
