Sheriff resigns as KSA president
Sheriff John K Blackburn, who pleaded guilty to a drunk driving charge three weeks ago, has resigned as head of the Kentucky Sheriffs Association. Jailer to retire after two decades
PRESTONSBURG — Longtime Jailer Roger Webb will step down from his position next week, after 20 years of service.
