Ervin Vance remains ahead in the Open Wheel Modified championship chase at 201 Speedway in neighboring Johnson County.


SITKA – Floyd County driver Ervin Vance remains out in front in the Open Wheel Modified class at 201 Speedway. Currently, Vance owns a 110-point lead over fellow veteran racer Jason Hall.

In addition to Vance, fellow Floyd Countian Brandon Hutchinson (Bomber), Chris Combs (Late Model) and Chandler Belcher (Four-Cylinder) lead points standings at the Johnson County track.
