ALLEN – The Kinzer Motorsports team was at famed Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio, Thursday-Saturday for the 45th Annual ‘World 100.’ The three-day crown jewel extravaganza once again started with a pair of Twin 25 preliminary programs, each of which paid $5,000 to the winner.
Veteran driver Brandon Kinzer was unable to make his way into the starting field for each of his 25-lap racers as he ran ninth in his heat race and 14th in his B-Main on Thursday night and eighth in his heat race and 16th in his B-Main for Friday’s show, which was ran on Saturday afternoon due to persistent rain showers.
The 45th edition of the ‘World 100’ was held on Saturday evening. Kinzer finished 10th in his stacked heat race and later wound up 20th in his B-Main. The Allen driver was not able to crack the starting grid for the 100-lap main event, Jonathan Davenport won.
Kinzer is scheduled to travel to Junction City’s Ponderosa Speedway Oct. 9-10 for his next event.
