LEXINGTON – The Kentucky Volleyball Coaches Association (KVCA) has released its final season poll of the 2015 season. After claiming the 2015 state title, Assumption ends the season as the number one-ranked team. Longtime 15th Region frontrunner Allen Central is ranked 25th in the poll. Allen Central is the only team from Eastern Kentucky listed in the poll. Teams from several other regions occupy the 24 spots ahead of the Rebels in the rankings.
Following a loss to Mercy in the opening round of the KHSAA Volleyball State Tournament, Allen Central finished the 2015 season 32-6. Under the direction of veteran head coach Larry Maynard, Allen Central has captured five straight 15th Region championships.

Paul Laurence Dunbar; 8. Tates Creek; 9. Christian Academy-Louisville; 10. St. Henry; 11. Presentation; 12. Owensboro Catholic; 13. Ryle; 14. Scott; 15. McCracken County; 16. Cooper; 17. Holy Cross (Louisville); 18. South Warren; 19. Beechwood; 20. Lexington Christian; 21. Oldham County; 22. Daviess County; 23. Apollo; 24. Henderson County; 25. Allen Central.
