ALLEN – The Kinzer Motorsports team made the trek north to Atomic Speedway near Alma, Ohio for the ‘Night the Stars Come Out’ program on Wednesday (June 24). Veteran Late Model driver Brandon Kinzer managed to finish just three spots outside of the top-10 in the feature race.
Kinzer knocked down the third-fastest lap in his group during time trials. The veteran driver later finished sixth in his heat race following a dustup with fellow driver Duane Chamberlain on the backstretch. Following a triumph in the B-Main, Kinzer was able to move forward past a few cars during the $4,000-to-win headliner. At the conclusion of the unsanctioned 30-lapper, Kinzer was credited with a 13th place effort.
Delmas Conley took the ‘Night the Stars Come Out’ checkered flag.
