P’burg Basketball Camp of Champions set for June 6-8

PRESTONSBURG – The Prestonsburg Basketball Champ of Champions will be held June 6-8 from 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. each day at the Adams Middle School Gymnasium. The camp is for boys and girls who will be in grades 1-7 during the 2016-17 schoolyear.

The Prestonsburg Basketball Camp of Champions will be under the direction of the current Adams Middle School Head Coach and Prestonsburg Hustle Director Doug Hopkins. Former high school boys’ basketball coach and Prestonsburg Hustle Assistant Director Brent Rose will assist with the camp, along with former high school players.

Tuition is $40 per camper. There is a sibling discount in place for the camp. The discounted fee for each sibling is $35.

The camp tuition will include a T-shirt, certificate of participation, basketball, instruction and the chance to win awards and prizes. Registration will be held on the first day of the camp, beginning at 8 a.m. on Monday.

Each camper will be able to use their camp basketball during drills. The camp is open to the first 70 participants.
