Field-level seating to debut at EKU home football games

RICHMOND – Eastern Kentucky University football fans will have a chance to watch the Colonels from a unique perspective this season as EKU’s Maroon Zone is set to make its debut in the fall.

The Maroon Zone offers fans the opportunity to purchase premium, field-level seating and hospitality just beyond the back of the end zone in the southeast corner of Roy Kidd Stadium (near the video board).

The Maroon Zone is designed to provide the ultimate game day and in-venue tailgating experience, putting Colonel fans in the middle of the action at every game, all season long.

The premium seating area is an outstanding way to entertain clients, associates, friends and family by delivering exciting Colonel football in an exclusive, comfortable setting.

The purchase of a Maroon Zone package features field-level access, an exclusive tent with seating, passes for up to 12 people, a tailgate-style buffet with beer and wine included, and VIP entrance on game day (gate four).

The Colonels host five games at Roy Kidd Stadium this season: Pikeville on Thursday, Sept. 8; Southeast Missouri on Saturday, Oct. 8; Jacksonville State on Saturday, Oct. 22 (homecoming); Murray State on Saturday, Nov. 5; and Eastern Illinois on Saturday, Nov. 19.
