David A. Davis, 22, is a registered sex offender in Alabama. According to the Alabama Department of Public Safety, Davis was convicted on a charge of second-degree rape in 2009. The victim was a 15-year-old female and the rape was determined to be statutory.
Davis was arrested on the fugitive warrant by Prestonsburg Police Officer Adam Dixon.
A call to the Alabama Department of Public Safety yielded no further information about the warrant to arrest Davis.
