NEW YORK – The Cleveland Cavaliers have won the 2011 NBA Draft Lottery, securring the top pick in the draft. Cleveland also holds the fourth pick. The Cavaliers will have two of the NBA Draft’s top five picks one year after losing superstar LeBron James to the Miami Heat.
The Minnesota Timberwolves earned the second pick while the Utah Jazz will select third. Toronto has the fifth pick in the 2011 NBA Draft.
