Survivors include grandparents: Frelon and Mary Bentley Howell, of Teaberry and Lakie Hamilton Johnson, of Teaberry, and one sister: Christy Nicole Johnson, of Louisa.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather: Kendrick Johnson.
Funeral services were held Thursday, May 19, 2011, at Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home, in Martin, with Ralph Hall and Randy Newsome officiating. Burial followed at the Johnson Family Cemetery, in Teabery.
Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
