Johnny Buford Hall, age 70 of Knoxville, Tenn. formerly of Floyd County, passed away on Saturday, August 27, 2011 at Cumberland Village Care and Rehabilitation Center in La Follette, Tennessee. He was born November 27, 1940 at Banner, Kentucky, son of Celia Ann Cook Hall, Ivel, Ky., and the late Willard S. Hall.

He served in the United States Air Force, was a member of the VFW, American Legion and Disabled American Veterans and was a Kentucky Colonel.

Along with his mother he is survived by: his wife, Deborah Alice Hall, Knoxville, Tenn.; one son. Johnny B. Hall, Jr. of Knoxville, Tenn., One Sister; Sarah Alice Holbrook of Ft. Myers, Florida.

Funeral Services: Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. Hall Funeral Home with Tracy Patton officiating. Burial at Davidson Memorial Gardens at Ivel, Kentucky. Visitation is after 5:00 p.m. Monday, August 29, 2011 at Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
