Kayla Faith Allen, infant, of Martin, died Jan. 3, 2012, at UK Medical Center in Lexington. She was born Sept. 14, 2010, to Kevin and Jennifer Lynn Allen.
She was preceded in death by great grandparents, Chester Allen, Faye Samons, Milton and Rosetta Hall, and Elmer and Cuba Crum.
She is survived by her parents; her grandparents, Keith and Linda Crum Samons, of Martin, David Allen, of Wayland, and Pamela Justice, of Martin; great grandparents, Ollie Allen, of Wayland, and Herlie Samons, of Martin.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 7, at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, with Ronnie Samons officiating. Burial will follow the service at Newton Samons Cemetery, in Martin.
Nelson Frazier Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
