Dingess helps lead Key Player

INEZ - Inez standout Brady Dingess helped lead Key Player to a title in the Hoosiers Invitational, which was held in Indianapolis, May 18-20.

In pool play, Key Player defeated the Charleston Cavaliers 44-23 and pulled away to beat the St. Louis Wildcats 45-30.

In the semifinals, Key Player defeated All Ohio Red 33-23.

Key Player held on to a win closer contest in the championship game, defeating Judges Court 28-23 for the title.

Dingess averaged 13 points, 10 assists, five rebounds and five steals during the tournament. The Hoosiers Invitational included the No. 2 and No. 5 teams in the country.

Key Player won the Pony Express tournament over the weekend and will compete in the Maryland Invitational Tournament this weekend.
