Sharlene May, 55, of McDowell, died Saturday, July 14, 2012, at Cabell Huntington Hospital.

She was born Dec. 21, 1956, to the late William and Mary Triplett. She was the wife of Donnie Estill May. Sharlene was a homemaker and a member of the Stone Baptist Church, of Prestonsburg.

She was preceded in death by her siblings, Johnny Triplett, George Ray Triplett, Deloris Jean Lee and LaVada Amburn.

She is survived by her sons, Adam May and Michael May; daughter, Angelia May; brothers and sisters, Bruce Triplett, Clifford Triplett, Darlene Lee and Zeta Cline; grandchildren, Donnie, Hayley, Michael, Keith, Kelly, Destiny, Jacob, Abagail and Adam D.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, July 18, at Drift Pentecostal Church, with Ted Shannon officiating. Burial will follow the service at Drift Cemetery.
