Margaret Louise Dobos Music, a native of Leechburg, Pa., passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her family, on Nov. 18, 2012.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Peter and Alice Dobos; a son Frank Music Jr.; a brother, John Dobos, of Andover, Ohio, and a sister Dorothy Dobos, of West Palm Beach, Fla.
She leaves behind her husband of 58 years, Frank Music; a daughter, Lisa, of Hollywood, Fla.; two sons, Paul, of Jensen Beach, Fla., and Mark, of Port Saint Lucie, Fla.; four grandchildren; and two great granddaughters.
She was a graduate of Hastings Pennsylvania High School class of 1942. She was also a Registered Professional Nurse and served in the Army Nurse Corps as a first lieutenant with assignments in both the USA and Europe. She was a graduate of the Gallinger Hospital Nursing School in Washington, DC, Class of 1945. She had assignments at the VA hospital in Aspinwald, PA and then received her commission as a First Lieutenant in the US Army Nurse Corps.
It was at her assignment at Beaumont Army Hospital in El Paso, Texas that she met and married her husband Lt. Frank Music of Estill. The two of them were assigned to different posts in Germany, but were close enough to maintain contact throughout their European assignments. She leaves behind a group of military personnel, son Paul Music a USAF Academy graduate, class of 1977, a grandson Eric Music a USAF Academy graduate class of 2002, a grandson Stephen Music a USAF graduate class of 2007 and his wife Libby Music a graduate of the USAF Academy class of 2006.
Her son Paul is a pilot for US Airways. Her daughter, Lisa, is registered professional nurse and Trauma Specialist working in Hollywood, FL. Her son Mark is an Environmental Scientist and a Professor of Biology at Indian River State College in Florida.

A Memorial Mass will be held in her honor on Nov. 28, at Holy Family Catholic Church, Mariposa Avenue, Port Saint Lucie, Fla., at 11 a.m.
