Priscilla “Sue” Moore, 68, of Prestonsburg, died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012, at Pikeville Medical Center.

She was born Jan. 1, 1944, to the late Earl and Josephine Sparks Dawson. She was the wife of William “Kelly” Moore and a member of the Tom Moore Memorial Freewill Baptist Church, bookkeeper for J&M Sea Foods, Past Worthy Matron of Chapter Ada #24 Order of the Eastern Star and Past Nobel Grand Rebecca Lodge #31.

She was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Armon Earl Dawson, Tommy Dawson, Albert “Tuddy” Dawson, Earl Dawson Jr., Daniel Lee Dawson Juanita Prater, Christina Hicks, Jacquelyn Lafferty and Viola Adkins.

She is survived by a son, William Thomas (Tonya) Moore, of Louisville; a daughter, Kelly Sue (Larry) Prater, of Prestonsburg; brothers, James Rondell Dawson, of Warsaw, Ind., and Johnny Douglas Dawson, of Thelma; grandchildren, Dawson Seth Moore, Tristan John-Kelly Moore and Chelsea Madison Moore; and great grandchildren, Aiden Joseph Vickers, Robert Charles Vickers, Madelyn Christin MacIntire, Jayson MacIntire and Baby Dawson Moore.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, Dec. 14, at Tom Moore Memorial Freewill Baptist Church, in Prestonsburg, with Jody Spencer officiating. Burial will follow the service at Moore Family Cemetery, in Prestonsburg.

Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, of Martin, is in charge of arrangements.
