Richard E. “Roach” Lyons, 61, of Garrett, died Jan. 2, 2013, at his residence.
Born Sept. 5, 1951, at Lackey, to the late William Earl and Christine Slone Lyons, he was a member of Garrett First Baptist Church.
He is survived by a daughter, Heather Kegg, of Suwanee, Ga.
A celebration of Richard’s life will follow in the spring.
