McDOWELL - Josh Stumbo Racing is set for a full schedule of racing in 2013. Open Wheel Modified driver Josh Stumbo and his crew will be traveling to three to four states this year, looking for many victories for the team’s 2013 Harris by Flanary.

“It’s been a long offseason and the crew and myself are ready to start slinging some dirt,” Stumbo said. “I want to thank my mom and dad first and foremost for giving me the opportunity to race and travel. Secondly, I want to thank all the guys that slaved over this car in the off season to have it ready. That being Brent Hancock, TA Crum, Matt Crabtree, Josh Hicks and Jake and Josh Prater. Plus, one of our crew members is in Mississippi doing basic training for the Air Force. We can’t wait to have you back JR! I also want to thank all the sponsors - Stumbo Construction, Wide Open Outdoors, Convenient Lube of Hazard, ORCA Coolers, Jacobs Towing, First Class Communications, Base Racing Fuel, Wells Motorsports, Sundy Best, Will Kinzer Foundation for Autism Research, Custom Suspension, Kentucky Race Parts, Stumbo & Son Rental Properties and Cropper Racing Engines. Without you all, I couldn’t do what I do.”
