Judy Ann Pack, 68, of Science Hill, died Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2012, at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

She was born May 9, 1944, to the late Laura Robinson Henry. She was the wife of the late Don Pack Sr. Judy was a retired Subway manager and a member of the Eubank Baptist Church, of West Science Hill.

She is survived by her sons, Don Pack Jr. (Cindy), of Science Hill, and David Pack (Kim), of Pikeville; brothers, Kenneth Henry and Charles Henry, both of South Carolina; sisters, Priscilla Walker and Betty Henry, both of South Carolina; grandchildren, Jessica, Jeremy, Casey, Colby, Chelsey, Collins, Blair and Haylee; great grandson, Carson David; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 23, at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, in Martin, with Ted Shannon officiating. Burial will follow the service in the Lucy Hall Cemetery, at McDowell.
