Ray Hill, 72, of Wheelwright, died Tuesday February 19, 2013 at his residence. He was born September 21, 1940 in Floyd County to the late Grover and Aggie Johnson Hill. He was the husband of Deborah Hall Hill, a retired truck driver, and a member of the Floyd Co. Road Dept.

He was preceded in death by one son: Timothy Ray Hill; one daughter: Kathy Renee Hill; two brothers: Ralph Hill and Don Hill and 2 grandchildren.

He is survived by two sons: Stevie Ray Hill of Bevinsville and Shawn Dale Hill of West Liberty; three daughters: Edna Melissa Osborne of Hi Hat, Victoria Hill & Jessica Rae Miller both of Wheelwright; four brothers: Earl Hill and Richard Hill both of Wheelwright, Johnny Hill of Ind. and George Hill of Weeksbury; two sisters: Edna Johnson and Helen Hill both of Melvin; surviving uncle: Lee Hill Jr.; 22 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday February 22, 2013 noon at Little Rock Old Regular Baptist Church in Bevinsville. Burial will follow the service at the Hill Family Cemetery in Wheelwright.

Nelson Frazier Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
